- We are currently funded through our own capital and a select few lenders. We plan to create a fund in the future as we continue to scale.
- We only buy land/houses that we believe we can buy well. We do extensive research through our network of trusted brokers to define intrinsic values and we do not overpay. Our past track record as a result of purchasing discipline becomes even more attractive when back tested in light of the Financial Recession or even the recent 2022 inflationary trends seen in the residential housing market.
- Timing of our developments is critical for us. Our purchase and development planning are based on speed to market from purchase to sale.
- We only work with project managers and builders who have a proven track record and reputation for excellent quality and efficient processes.
- Our risk management is based on the value of the underlying decisions and their impact on our overall plans. We are proactive in our approach and constantly evaluate key decisions with respect to risk to our projects. Our goal is to minimize manageable risks and reduce the impact of the unknowns (e.g., COVID).
- We believe our projects can add value to all our participants including end customers, the community, builders, trades we work with and our business.
